MRC de La Vallée-du-Richelieu

In the fall of 2023, Filigrane Archives was mandated by the MRC of La Vallée-du-Richelieu to carry out an inventory of the historical archives of the 13 cities and municipalities, 6 historical societies as well as a few museum institutions.

Following this consultation, the expert report demonstrated several challenges relating to the conservation and dissemination of historical archives. The need to paint a more defined portrait of the situation became clear.

Filigrane Archives warmly thanks the MRC of La Vallée-du-Richelieu for this great opportunity to share its expertise on historical and cultural heritage.
